Who can live at Smart Studios?
Smart studios can accommodate all individuals; including students, young professionals, teachers, and others who for other reasons are linked to the city of Lisbon. Note: Pet animals are not allowed.
Minimum period of stay
Minimum summer period is 1 month (June, July and August), other months are 3 months.
What I will have in the apartment?
Most apartments at smart studios come equipped with en-suite kitchenettes and bathroom. Otherwise, Smart Studios residencies will have a common kitchen or shared toilet. You can also buy kitchen utensils and/or bed linen when making the reservation. See values here: Extra Kits
